Just had a new heat pump system installed today. Working with Dave Powell has been a pleasure, he responded promptly to our request for a quote. His prices were competitive and fair. Installation started within a couple days of accepting his bid. The installer, Kenny, was the best. His work was very precise and complete. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
Powell installed windows, siding, gutters, garage doors, and my railing. They painted below the siding. The quality of the work is phenomenal. Note the before and after photos of my house. Highly recommend based on the finished product. Glen and Dave are both accommodating and professional. The sub-contractors do great work. The pricing is competitive and fair. If you are looking for an outside makeover, please check these guys out.

The installation went well, fast and easy (on my part). I’ve held off evaluating the windows until they were tested. This morning it was 5 below zero and the windows are great. I’ve noticed a big improvement over the last windows I had. Highly recommended.

I had a 70 ft pine tree fall on my 2 story deck that completely destroyed it, along with my privacy fence, damaged my chimney, gutters and siding. Powell’s experienced crew not only worked with my insurance adjuster in a timely manner but the rebuild was phenomenal. All the attention to detail made for a high quality job and I was more than willing to add upgrades knowing it would be completed with the same expertise. I haven’t been disappointed!
Dave and Keith were both great to work with and made it easy to figure out what we wanted to use on our house to replace siding and roofing. All of the workers were great and did very nice work and kept everything cleaned up as they worked. We had custom work on the front of the house with old barn tin of ours and they were great to work with on this and did an awesome job. Overall our house is beautiful.

We had some old vinyl siding on our home when we purchased it. It was becoming discolored and was noisy in wind. We called Powell Exteriors KC and went with the James Hardie siding. It is a great material with a superb warranty! Powell did an awesome job staying in contact with us throughout the process. They did a very professional job and made the house look so much better. I’ll never have to worry about painting again!
I can not say enough about Powell Exteriors KC. When the contractor comes over and says I will make it pretty again. Powell Exterior KC sure did. It is a brand new house. Powell Exteriors KC helped with color scheme, gutters, trim what colors went together. Siding, windows, a new Deck, a team for each job. My husband and I are so pleased with everything,. We keep looking at each other and saying “ Is this really our house?”. Thank you Powell Exteriors KC for making us love our home again.
