Very pleased with our project from start to finish! Dave was thorough in explaining what the project to replace our upstairs and downstairs patio doors and also remove/rebuild our deck would entail. We understood the cost involved and how long it would take. When the project began the team introduced themselves and were courteous and friendly throughout. They consistently had fantastic can-do attitudes. At one point during the deck build I noticed Mercury was very carefully selecting each piece and placing it so any knots would be on the underside of the deck not on top, I complimented his attention to detail. Dave checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going according to our expectations. The crew carefully tidied up our yard and around the new patio doors inside and out. These guys aren’t construction workers, they are craftsman. We’re so impressed and would highly recommend them for any work on your home too.

Very responsive, amazing work, and great windows at a better price.

Used Powell Exteriors for new siding as well as new roof. His bid prices were similar to others that I had estimates from. But were others were giving quotes for vinyl siding and asphalt shingles, Powell’s was for better quality Hardee siding as well as for grit coated metal roofing that looks like asphalt shingles. This is way better quality material for the same price. Dave Powell was also a very enjoyable person to work with. Give Dave a call and see what I mean.

Dave’s team was exceptional at guiding us through the siding purchase and installation process. Working from a thousand miles away, he took the time to visit the property on multiple occasions, sought to understand what was important to us, and then made recommendations to deliver us a long-lasting solution. This was our second experience with Dave’s team a the first was for doors, with which we were exceptionally pleased. During a final walk through he noted the nits to correct and put a plan in place to complete the project. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

The quality of their work is excellent. They put new gutters on my house and they look great. Once they were done they asked me to do a ‘walk around’ my house and take a good look to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
