Each year, Powell Exteriors KC honors military veterans and first responders who have dedicated their lives to serving our country and communities. We are deeply grateful for the courage, commitment, and sacrifices made by these real-life heroes.

We’re currently reviewing all nominations, and the five recipients of the 2025 Windows for Warriors program will be announced on Veterans Day, November 11.

Welcome to W4W Program of 2025

At Powell Exteriors KC, we are looking for military veterans and first responders who deserve to be nominated for a free window upgrade for their home if selected. We deeply respect the sacrifices made by all those who serve and have served our country and communities. Their dedication, courage, and commitment are what make our country and communities safe and strong. We honor all who serve, regardless of their role, and we are grateful for their unwavering service.

Starting October 1 – November 1, Powell Exteriors KC accepts nominations of real-life heroes who have served our country and communities. Simply fill out the brief form and tell us about your hero. On Veterans Day November 11 we will announce 5 recipients and provide them with window upgrades for their homes. Our way of saying Thank you for sacrifices to which Thank you will never be enough.

This year we are opening the process up to first responders as well. Like veterans they keep us safe and protect our families. The only criteria are that you have served in the US military or in our communities as first responders. Perhaps your hero was catastrophically injured, is retired, and could just use a hand up from those they have served.

Applicants must reside within a 30 mile radius of Kansas City, MO.
